We specifically comply with the Google Chrome Web Store User Data Policy. If you install our browser extension, JadiAI Shopaffy, the following explicit data practices apply:

3.1. Disclosure & Consent Requirements

Our extension clearly discloses its operations. Requisite permissions are prompted natively by your browser upon installation. By logging into the extension, you explicitly consent to the collection and handling of e-commerce metadata required for the extension's core functionality.

3.2. Limited Use Policy

Our usage of the data collected complies with the Chrome Web Store Limited Use Policy:

  • The data is collected strictly to provide or improve the core user-facing features (affiliate product extraction and automated generative AI workflows).
  • We do not process your data for any unrelated purposes.
  • No Sale of Data: We DO NOT sell, rent, or trade your user data or browsing information to any third parties for advertising, profiling, or data brokerage.

3.3. Use of Permissions

We adhere to the principle of least privilege. The extension only requests access necessary for its Single Purpose:

  • Public E-Commerce Metadata (Host Permissions & Scripting): We extract product titles, descriptions, prices, image URLs, and affiliate links solely from supported e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee/Instagram) when you actively trigger the extension.
  • Authentication State (Cookies & WebRequest): We temporarily read active login cookies and session IDs purely for authorized session validation (e.g., your active Instagram login) to enable authorized cross-posting features.
  • What we DO NOT collect: We DO NOT collect personal passwords, browsing history across unrelated websites, financial data, or keystrokes. We do not track your activity outside of the dedicated affiliate tasks.

3.4. Handling & Storage Requirements

We strictly handle your data with robust security measures for the core functionality of the extension:

  • Local Storage: Scraped affiliate products, draft data, and necessary local states are temporarily stored securely on your browser using Chrome's chrome.storage.local API.
  • Automated Local Uploads: Session tokens (e.g., Instagram CSRF or App IDs) are handled locally on your device to execute automated POST requests (e.g., "Auto-Upload Headless"). These active browser session cookies and tokens are never transmitted to, retrieved by, or logged on our external servers. They operate purely client-side within your browser's trusted environment.
  • Server Storage: When you choose to sync your products to your Cloud Storefront, only non-personal product data and affiliate links are sent over a secure encrypted HTTPS/TLS connection and stored on JadiAI's protected servers. Your personal social media credentials are never saved on our servers.

4. Fostering a Safe Ecosystem

In accordance with the Chrome Web Store Developer Policies, users of JadiAI (both the web service and the browser extension) are strictly prohibited from generating, sharing, or automating the upload of the following categories of content:

  • Mature & Sexually Explicit Material: The generation or promotion of sexually explicit content, non-consensual sexual content, or child sexual abuse material (CSAM) is strictly forbidden.
  • Malicious and Prohibited Products: You may not use our extension to facilitate the installation of malware, malicious software, or deceptive products.
  • Hate Speech and Violent Behavior: You may not generate or post content that promotes violence, incites hatred, promotes discrimination, or disparages protected groups.
  • Regulated Goods and Services: You may not use the affiliate extraction or cross-posting tools to facilitate the sale or promotion of illegal drugs, unauthorized pharmaceuticals, weapons, explosives, or tobacco products.

We reserve the right to immediately terminate access and report any violations of these safety policies to the relevant authorities.

5. AI Generations & User Content

We respect your intellectual property. We do not claim ownership of the images or videos you generate using JadiAI. However, by using our service, you grant us a license to process, host, and store your inputs and outputs solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

Please note that we may use third-party AI models (such as Sora, Kling, Stable Diffusion) to process your requests. Your prompts and images may be processed by these providers to generate the final output.

5. Disclosure of Your Information

We may share information we have collected about you in certain situations. Your information may be disclosed as follows:

  • By Law or to Protect Rights: If we believe the release of information about you is necessary to respond to legal process, to investigate or remedy potential violations of our policies, or to protect the rights, property, and safety of others.
