Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the JadiAI website (the "Service") operated by us.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service. This service is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. These Terms also explicitly govern your use of the JadiAI Shopaffy Google Chrome Extension.

2. Chrome Extension Specific Terms (Shopaffy)

By installing the JadiAI Shopaffy browser extension, you agree to the following additional terms:

  • Authorized Use: The extension requires you to have a valid session with supported e-commerce platforms (such as Shopee Affiliate). You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the extension complies with the terms of service of those third-party platforms.
  • Automation & Interactions: The extension automates certain interactions and data extraction processes on your behalf within your browser on the designated affiliate pages. You acknowledge that any actions taken by the extension within your affiliated accounts are your responsibility.
  • As-Is Basis: The extension is provided "as is". If third-party platforms update their web interfaces, the extension may temporarily break or require updates, for which we do not guarantee immediate bug resolutions.
  • Instagram Automation & Risk: Features such as "Headless Instagram Story Uploader" utilize automated API requests running locally on your behalf. You are strictly responsible for abiding by Meta's (Instagram's) automation limits, usage rules, and API policies. We disclaim any liability for account suspensions, shadowbans, or restrictions resulting from any abusive ("spam") usage of the automated uploading tools.

3. Prohibited Uses (AI Safety)

You agree not to use the Service (including the extension) to generate, upload, or share content that:

  • Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or vulgar.
  • Promotes child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any form of exploitation of minors.
  • Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Contains deepfakes intended to deceive, harm, or manipulate public opinion.

We reserve the right to ban any account found violating these safety guidelines without refund.

4. Credits, Subscriptions, and Payments

  • Credits: Our Service may use a credit system. Credits are purchased in advance and deducted as you use AI tools.
  • Payments: All payments are processed securely. We do not store your credit card details.
  • Refunds: Due to the high computational costs of AI generation, payments for credits or subscriptions are generally non-refundable once the service has been used (e.g., images generated), unless required by law.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you generate using our Service, subject to the terms of the underlying AI models. We grant you a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use the generated assets for both personal and commercial purposes (as stated in our Commercial Use FAQ).

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall JadiAI, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
